This policy applies to orders within Switzerland. It aims to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. Please read this policy carefully after placing an order in our shop.
Shipping, processing and order deadlines
- The order deadline is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Zurich time.
- The processing time for orders is 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipments typically take 8-12 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive.
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the customer.

Order cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if you cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us if you decide to cancel your order.
We operate a fully automated system; orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or refunded.
Disclaimer: If you sent a cancellation request within 12 hours, but we were unable to respond before the order was processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide a valid email address if you wish to track your order. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it makes tracking easier.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any problems or delays in providing shipment tracking information if an incorrect or invalid email address is provided at checkout. Please carefully check your email address before submitting your order.
Change of address / telephone number
If you need to change the phone number or address you provided when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the details. In this case, you can return the item and place the order again.
The order cannot be tracked.
If you have a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the delivery service directly before contacting us. Please allow 1–4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
